High Frequency Electric Field Probes (30MHz to 3GHz)
The HNFP series probe set contains 2 high-frequency probes specialised for testing electric fields (E), which are near-field probes mainly applied to find sources of electric field interference. The frequency range of its probes is 30MHz-3GHz, with 2 probe shapes. The probes are connected directly to a spectrometer or oscilloscope via a 50Ω cable. When a product's radiated or conducted interference exceeds the standard, the near-field probe can be used to find which component or circuit in the product is generating the interference at that frequency, to detect the coupling channel between modules, and to evaluate the signal switching rate, RF voltage, etc. within the system. When the interference signal is weak, it can be combined with our (30dB gain) preamplifier RF amplifier (HNFPA-1) to improve the system test sensitivity.
