The HNFP series of near-field probes cover the 9KHz to 3GHz frequency range and are ideal for use in the development of cost-effective EMI troubleshooting solutions, which can be employed to address a wide range of EMI problems. The product comprises seven probes designed to test magnetic fields (H) and two high-frequency probes designed to test electric fields (E). The magnetic field probes feature special electrically isolated probe heads with varying head shapes, offering versatility for near-field measurement tasks. All near-field probes are passive and are connected directly to a spectrometer or oscilloscope via a 50Ω cable, allowing for real-time magnetic field testing and analysis. In situations where the interference signal is weak, our 30dB gain pre-RF amplifier (HNFPA-1) can enhance the system test sensitivity.
